The owner of a Oxon Hill restaurant has been arrested and charged in a killing at his restaurant.

Gary Antonio Jones, of Fort Washington, was arrested and charged with second-degree murder and gun charges in the killing of  32-year-old Cinaway Lateef Morson  of Southeast Washington.

According to Prince George’s County Police, the shooting stemmed from a previous dispute between Jones and Morson. Police got a call shortly before 6 p.m. Monday of a shooting at the Sweet Soul Café and Lounge in the 800 block of Southern Avenue. Morson was found inside the establishment, dead from apparent gunshot wounds.

Jones was taken into custody at his home early Tuesday.  He has admitted his involvement in the shooting, police said. He is charged with second degree murder and gun charges.
