Maryland are looking for two men suspected of stealing thousands of dollars in seafood from area grocery stores, and they are asking the public to help identity them.

According to Anne Arundel County Police, on Jan. 29, the duo walked into the Safeway on Housley Road in Annapolis and removed six boxes of whole frozen lobsters and two boxes of frozen lobster tails worth about  $1,960.

The boxes were placed into a shopping cart by the heavier balding
suspect, who left the store. The shopping cart was then pushed out of the store by the second suspect.

The same two suspects have also been involved in the theft of large amounts of frozen seafood from Safeway stores in Towson, Perry Hall and Bowie.

Call Metro Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-866-7LOCKUP or Text “MCS plus your message” to CRIMES (274637). Mention Safeway Thefts.
