Rockville man killed in Montgomery County shooting

Montgomery County Police have identified a man killed in a shooting in Germantown.Montgomery County police badge

About 10 p.m., Wednesday, police responded to a report of a shooting in the Drumcastle Court area and found a male victim at the intersection on Oxbridge Drive at the intersection of Frederick Road.

The victim, identified as 21-year-old James Allen Frazier, of Rockville, was taken to a hospital where he died.
